The camera is rated for use down to 20m without a housing for short periods. A compatible dive case extends supported depth to 60m and is sold separately.
Before water use, inspect seals and fully close the battery and USB covers. Use a suitable dive case for diving or high-impact water activity, and dry the camera before charging or opening covers.
